Mary was born in Fresno, California and moved every 2-3 years in her youth, with a final family move to Honolulu, HI. She married at 22 and continued moving, living in 4 states in 6 years as her husband was a collegiate baseball coach. Today Mary is a single mother of three children, grown, graduated from college, and fully on their own, and there have been additions of one son-in-law, and a granddaughter. Mary has been surrounded by athletics her entire life, as an athlete (mostly softball), through brothers and sisters, with her children’s sports, as well as neighbors connected to the NFL. Beginning in 2009, Mary experienced the ultimate appreciation of the FCA Organization as both her sons, who played Division I Football participated with their respective FCA teams and huddles in Michigan and Hawaii. Mary joined the FCA Leadership Board to support the FCA Bay Area Team, to encourage coaches’ wives, athletes, and share in the FCA Mission.
