Congratulations! You have been selected as the 2018 FCA Male/Female High School Athlete of the Year for your school. This is quite an honor. By receiving this nomination, you join an extraordinary group of people in the Bay Area FCA Hall of Honor. We consider it a privilege to acknowledge you as a nominee for your achievements. Please complete the form to be in the running for Male/Female FCA Athlete of the Year to be submitted by April 15, 2018. The winner will be announced at the FCA Night of Champions held on Sunday evening May 6 at Venture Christian Church in Los Gatos, CA. (We will get back to you with details.)

Be a leader on their team(s)
Be a faithful church attender
Have above average academic performance
Serve people/their community
